You can change or cancel a theory or practical test via the internet up to three clear working days before the test without loss of fee. Saturday is classed as a working day, but not Sundays or public holidays.

If you cancel or change the test inside the three working day period you will lose your fee.

TELEPHONE - BOOKING, CHANGING or CANCELLING DSA TESTS:

You can book any test by telephone using a credit or debit card. The person who books the test must be the card holder. If you book a test by credit card you will be given the test date immediately. You can do this by calling 0300 200 1188 between 8am to 6pm weekdays. You will need your DVLA driving licence number and your credit card details. A booking number will be given to you on the completion of your booking and you will receive an appointment confirmation letter within ten days of your call.

You can change or cancel a theory or practical test by telephone up to three clear working days before the test without loss of fee. Saturday is classed as a working day, but not Sundays or public holidays.
